After close to a decade working as a CPA, Althea left her PricewaterhouseCoopers position and embarked on a spiritual journey to experience more balance, fulfillment, passion, purpose and success in her career.

She was committed to use her gifts and strengths to help others succeed and thrive at work, in their careers, and in their lives.

Althea works with go-getter executives, entrepreneurs, artists, creative professionals as well as organizations.

She helps heart-centered leaders and visionaries make a more purposeful impact at work, in their communities, and in their lives.

Through 1:1 coaching, private retreats and workshops, Althea’s clients thrive at work and in their careers by learning how to follow their hearts, leverage their strengths, own their power, and work from their soul.

Althea has spoken for organizations such as the Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and regularly leads innovative webcasts and workshops for the Illinois CPA Society.

She holds an MS in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago and a degree in International Business and Accounting from The American University.

As a credentialed coach by the International Coaching Federation and The Coaches Training Institute,  Althea holds the designations of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certificated Coach (ACC).

She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Chicago Coach Federation.

Althea served as an adjunct professor at Columbia College Chicago in the Arts, Entertainment and Media Management Department.

Her hobbies include practicing yoga, traveling internationally, salsa dancing, reading novels, being in nature, feeding her love of fashion, style and design – and laughing out loud as much as possible.

Her work is inspired by her hobbies, her family, her Jamaican heritage and her Christian faith.
