As an executive coach I provide high level coaching and business expertise to professional men and women who have already achieved success in their lives and business, and know they are called for something more.
I guide my clients to confidently create what they desire and eliminate the obstacles and limiting beliefs that stand in the way of them fulfilling their purpose and achieving their goals.
I help them gain clarity, get out of overwhelm, move forward and achieve their goals of making more money doing meaningful work they love.
As a professional speaker, I love inspiring audiences, energizing events and leaving a positive meaningful impact.
I have delivered keynote speeches, seminars, webinars and workshops for a wide range of organizations, including Accenture, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Illinois CPA Society, Loyola University Chicago, Northwestern University and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
I received my coaching credentials from The Coaches Training Institute, and hold the designations of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
I have a master’s degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago and a degree in International Business and Accounting from American University. Prior to working as a professional coach, I worked as a CPA for 9 years.
I’m inspired by my family, Jamaican heritage, and Christian faith; and am on a mission to help Christ-centered, purpose driven leaders live more creatively, successfully and on purpose.
